Huntington Bank - Terrible

Held on phone for over 10 minutes to speak with someone . Finally connected to "Brittany". She spoke over me and used an arrogant and nasty tone. She does not belong in "customer service" and is not representative of the service I receive at my local branch.

Huntington Bank - Rediculas Bank.

I can't even get through customer service. Not even a call back. They are trying to tell me my stash account withdrawn a certain amount of money when Infact it was totally the opposite. Now I have three NSF fees in a row. This is a day after making a deposit. What the *** is this?

Huntington Bank - Bad customer servjce

When suspicious of my card being hacked, I was met by a mean, rude, condescending woman on the service line. She kept saying she could only go back 60 days despite the fact that I was most worried about my card being hacked! When I asked her to stop antagonizing the issue of 60 days (she mentioned it five times in two minutes), she flipped out and started yelling. Terrible.
