I've tried all week to speak with someone in online banking regarding Quicken.It just doesn't connect to their server.

They even have a Quicken *** and option in their system, great right? Not really, you stay on hold for 20 - 60 minutes at a time only for a random customer service rep to answer and say that they know nothing about Quicken. I've heard that "my call is very important to us" about 972 times this week and their hold music sounds like the background sound on an X-rated movie.

I was never able to reach an intelligent human being there.I'm moving my account this coming weekend.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $400.

Preferred solution: I've spent hours on hold. Add an area to the banking site where customers can contact you via email, chat, or other methods since you never answer the freaking phone! You just lost a few hundred thousand dollars in business.

I didn't like: Nobody ever answers the phones.
